Chapter 73 Kree Hunters

Chapter 73 Kree Hunters

"Where is my mother? You know what I mean, my biological mother." Daisy followed Lincoln hurriedly, as if she were running away.

Lincoln stopped in his tracks when he heard Daisy's words.

“Daisy, listen to me. Don’t get agitated,” Lincoln said, gazing into Daisy’s eyes.

Upon hearing this, Daisy seemed to understand something, and she looked at Lincoln in disbelief.

“They’re all dead, all of them are dead. Your mother told me to find you and protect you before she died.”

“Daisy! There’s no time for this, they’re coming!” Lincoln said sternly.

"Who's coming?" Daisy had been hit by multiple shocks that day: first, awakening a special superpower; second, learning about her biological mother; and now, learning that her biological mother had died.

After being hit hard multiple times, Daisy was in a daze. She felt like she was dreaming, and it all seemed so unreal.

"careful!"

Just then, a small car fell from the sky and crashed down on them.

While Daisy was distracted, Lincoln caught her and saved her from the attack.

boom!

A small car crashed next to Daisy, scattering glass and car parts everywhere.

A shard of glass grazed Daisy's cheek, scratching her face.

Blood flowed from the wound, and Daisy felt pain.

"This is not a dream, this is reality." The pain brought Daisy back to her senses, and she understood her current situation.

"Let's go!" Lincoln stood up, pulled Daisy up, and wanted to escape as quickly as possible.

But not far from them stood a man over two meters tall, with blue skin, wielding a large sword made of a special metal.

Seeing this, Lincoln quickly turned around and ran back, but a blue-skinned human wielding a large sword also appeared behind him.

"Who are they?" Daisy asked Lincoln, noticing how dangerous the two men looked.

“They’re alien monsters, here to kill us! Daisy, I’ll hold them off, you go first.” Lincoln knew that if the two of them stayed, they would be wiped out.

So he chose to stay behind to cover for Daisy, even if it meant his death, to save her life.

As he spoke, Lincoln pushed Daisy away, then stretched out his hands, one on each side, and released blue electricity to attack the two blue aliens.

Lincoln's superpowers are extremely weak, practically nonexistent compared to Thor's lightning.

His electric current struck the blue aliens, only slightly hindering them and not injuring them.

“A weak experiment, a failed creation,” a blue alien said in a language no human could understand.

This is the language of their planet.

“Useless trash, then eliminate him!” Another blue-skinned alien raised his large sword and slowly approached Lincoln, braving the electric current, intending to eliminate him.

Lincoln was finding it increasingly difficult to withstand the aliens' approach, and the electrical current he emitted was becoming weaker and weaker.

In a moment of extreme urgency, Daisy raised her hand, unleashing a shockwave that sent the blue alien flying.

It turns out Daisy didn't leave after all; Lincoln was fighting to save her.

Given her personality, she wouldn't be afraid of enemies, nor would she choose to run away; she tried to use her abilities.

“A successful experiment, suitable to be a soldier. Take her back to Kree.” The remaining blue-skinned alien said happily to Daisy.

It turns out he came from the distant planet Kree.

Millions of years ago, the two major races in the universe, the Kree and the Skrulls, went to war. For strategic reasons, the Kree came to the solar system and established a work station on Uranus.

Soon they became interested in the genetic potential of life on Earth at that time, and thus conducted a series of experiments on Homo sapiens. These experiments clearly had a dual purpose: first, to study and prevent potential stagnation in their own evolution, and second, to create a powerful mutant soldier for the battlefield at that time.

However, when they successfully created a group of humanoid beings with extraordinary abilities, the Kree abandoned their experimental subjects for some unknown reason.

These experimental subjects gradually formed a race with superpowers—the Inhumans.

Daisy is a descendant of the Inhumans, but was adopted by ordinary people for some reason.

Now the Kree have sent people back to Earth, and they have chosen the successful and powerful Inhumans to join their ranks as formidable warriors.

They eliminated the weaker Inhumans and carried out a massacre.

Daisy's mother was killed by the Kree because she wasn't strong enough, along with their companions. Virtually all the Inhumans on Earth perished. Only Lincoln survived.

Lincoln was told by Daisy's mother on her deathbed that the Crees had a machine to find the Inhumans, so she begged Lincoln to save her daughter.

Lincoln, who was raised by Daisy's mother since childhood, agreed to her request and came here.

Kree warriors, members of the Hunting Force, approached Daisy.

Daisy retreated step by step, waving her hands incessantly in an attempt to release shockwaves, but to no avail; she had not yet fully mastered her superpowers.

Lincoln tried to help Daisy from behind, but the Kree hunter who had been knocked away by Daisy came running back. Even though he took a shockwave head-on, he wasn't seriously injured.

In that extremely critical moment, a Quinjet flew by, its bullets raining down on the Kree hunters.

Although the fierce bullets failed to break through the Kree hunters' defenses, they forced them to retreat steadily.

After the Quinjet hovered in the sky, a Kamen Rider wearing blue and white metallic combat armor jumped down.

He is Kamen Rider Vulcan—Grant Ward.

As a field agent for the Thunder Special Forces, he frequently goes on field missions to combat crimes involving superpowers.

He was different from Natasha, the Black Widow who only took orders from Harry Osborn and Nick Fury.

In order to gain emotional points, Harry would send Grant Ward out at any time to rescue civilians in the city.

Grant Ward, the workaholic, earned Harry a lot of emotional points.

Grant Ward pulled out his briefcase gun, a blue high-tech weapon that fired powerful energy bullets at the Kree killers.

"Kamen Rider!" Daisy's eyes lit up when she saw Grant in his blue Kamen Rider armor, his heroic figure striking her.

Lincoln, standing to the side, was quite puzzled. "I was the one who came, so why did this Kamen Rider steal my thunder as soon as he arrived?"

Grant had undergone extensive training and possessed rich combat experience; his fighting ability far surpassed that of the two Kree hunters.

Even if the other party is an alien with a superhuman physique, comparable to Captain America.

But Grant Ward also has a Kamen Rider armor.

Grant Ward first used his briefcase gun to harass and launch long-range attacks against the other side.

Then, seizing the right opportunity, he unleashed a devastating attack, firing dozens of blue energy-powered spikes that pinned the Kree hunter down.

The Cree hunters tried to break free of the nails binding them.

Before he could break free, Grant Ward switched to his Heavy Punch form and unleashed a powerful finishing move with his massive fist, killing the two Kree hunters.

……

Harry, who was far away at the Osborne Corporation, knew about the alien invasion of Earth, but he did not send anyone to support Grant Ward. One reason was that Grant Ward was a very capable individual and a super agent.

In addition, the Kamen Rider armor is enough to solve many difficulties. Another point is that even if he can't solve the problem and gets killed, Harry won't feel anything, since he never considered Grant one of his own.

Harry could only trust the Humagears.

Now, thanks to the destruction of Las Vegas, he has collected enough "malice" emotion points, and Kamen Rider Ark-Zero has finally been activated.
