The Chief Warden had lost consciousness and seemed to feel something within his soul. He might be sensing it wrong but it was too vivid to consider it as a lie. The soul domain of Lou Wuye is dark as he is a Demon God that serves the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness. Warden Yun Ming was still worrying about his lover when his master had finally arrived. With reddening eyes while cradling his lover, Yun Ming was delighted upon seeing the God of Destruction.

Yun Ming says, "Master, you are here! Please help Wuye!"

"Don’t worry. I can save him. Moreover, I have adjusted your physique to be able to accept energy from beyond as long as you get used to it, it wouldn’t overwhelm you this easily next time," said the God of Destruction, Hei Anjing.

Hei Anjing checked on Lou Wuye and noticed how the cosmos energy was targeting his soul. He didn’t exactly stop this and only controlled the flow of this new energy inside the Chief Warden. It can be said that this energy was intentionally injected to Lou Wuye by that man who called himself Lou Zhuge and calls himself the Chief Warden’s brother.

Controlling the cosmos energy to merge with Lou Wuye took time but this greatly nourished his soul especially for the Chief Warden whose origins might have connection to the one beyond. As expected this energy had not only strengthened the soul of Lou Wuye but also caused some changes in it. The Chief Warden woke up with an aura as if he had upgraded his powers as his presence had changed a lot. The God of Destruction immediately sensed this but Warden Yun Ming who had been worried about his beloved was only happy to see Lou Wuye awake and unharmed.

The initial darkness coming from the Chief Warden had increased a lot but thankfully he doesn’t seem to have changed much than the God of Destruction had expected. At least not much change on the surface.

Ugh~

"Wuye, you are awake! Thank God!" Warden Yun Ming said as he jumped on Lou Wuye.

The Chief Warden felt stunned at first but as if remembering something, his treatment of Warden Yun Ming had resumed to normal. He also hugged back his lover as if getting greedy of warmth coming from him.

"Ming’er, don’t cry. I’m alright now," said the Chief Warden. He took a while before trying to calm his lover down and comforted him a few more times. Only when Warden Yun Ming had returned to normal that the Chief Warden noticed the others around them, especially the God of Destruction.

Lou Wuye acted normally and saluted Lord Hei. He said, "Thank you for saving me, Lord Hei."

"No problem. Since you are awake I am going back to see A’Xia," said the God Destruction before disappearing from the system space. But his lingering glance on the Chief Warden was something everyone had noticed.

Meanwhile, after the battle had ended, the two ones who had noticed the changes were the two Mythical Dragons, Roi and Reine. The two of them were actually tasked by the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie, to watch after the Beast God, Mo Mingkong who had lost consciousness. They brought him back and explained his situation with Lord Huzi.

The reason Beast God Mo Minkong didn’t wake up right away after the death of Lou Zhuge is because his soul was connected to this broken world. Unless the world itself was properly repaired he might have to stay in this unconscious state until the world returned to normal. Thankfully, there is Lord Ye Xiajie who is capable of repairing the world.

At the Ancient Forest...

The Ninetailed Fox beastmen Lord Huzi was tending to his beloved who was still unconscious ever since he had returned. He had laid him on a bed outside the house and let his connection with the world unbroken. Huzi was gently cleaning his beloved’s face and hands. They were placed at the center of a black and white dragon who was guarding the slumbering Beast God Mo Minkong. They prevent anyone that isn’t a family to the Beast God from approaching.

Today, the whole family was going to check on them. This includes Haerin and Long Juedi. The Ninetailed Fox Goddess and the Tiger God were also with them as well as the Lord Prophet Heri and Lord Guardian Vega.

Worrying for the current state of her eldest son, the Ninetailed Fox Goddess tried to convince Lord Huzi to not worry about his husband, Mo Minkong.

"Huzi, you need to take a rest. What would you do if you collapsed? At least thinking of Minkong if something also happened to you," the Ninetailed Fox Goddess said.

The Tiger God added, "You mother is right. I do not think that Minkong would like to see you collapse because of him."

"Brother, please don’t suffer like this. I have foreseen that my brother-in-law should be waking up soon!" Lord Prophet Heri said.

Lord Huzi upon hearing these words from his younger brother made him extremely interested. He stood up and grabbed his brother, "Heri! Are you telling the truth!?"

"I am brother. Brother Mo is connected to the world itself. As long as the world is repaired he will be waking up soon," said Lord Prophet Heri.

Even though this news seems to be a good one, for Lord Huzi, it seems a bit vague and suddenly once again felt helpless upon thinking of this situation.

"Repair the world? Who would be capable of doing such a thing?" Lord Huzi said.

All of the sudden, they heard a voice coming from beside Mo Minkong who had said, "If it’s repairing the world, big brother is currently doing it. Papa should be able to wake up with half a day more."

Everyone turned their head to look at the source of that familiar voice and saw a young man with black fox ear seated beside the slumbering Beast God Mo Minkong. Seeing the God of Destruction like this was like a dream no one among them would have thought for too long. After all, this child had just disappeared one day, and had finally appeared before them again.

Lord Huzi was the one who was stunned the most among the group and ran to check on the young man that appeared before them with disbelief in his eyes.

"X-Xiao... Xiao Jing?" Calls Lord Huzi with a trembling voice. He reached out and wanted to touch the young man in front of him but was afraid that he was only dreaming.

His shaking hands were hesitant to touch the young man with black fox ears similar to his silver ones. Upon seeing this, the God of Destruction smiled and held on to his dad’s hand, letting him hold his face as he intended to do so.

"Dad, it’s really me. I am back~" said Hei Anjing. "Don’t worry about big brother. Once he finished repairing the world, he would come back as well. He still needs~ well, at least half a day more to completely repair this world~."

Lord Huzi who was trembling in worry finally heard that familiar playful voice and the warmth only the living can have. His tears which were held back for days had finally started falling once again as he pulled his youngest son into a hug.

"Xiao jing! My youngest son! Huhuhu~ I thought I would never see you again!" The beastman leader Lord Huzi said.

The God of Destruction smiled and hugged his young dad back trying to comfort him with everything he got.

"Don’t cry, Dad. Everything is alright now. The enemy is dead and peace has returned to this world. Papa would also wake up as soon as big brother had returned. Everything is over," said Hei Anjing while comforting Lord Huzi.

Everyone who heard it was glad that everything was over. However, for some other reason, they had an inkling that the changes afterwards was something they never wanted to happen. But that is a story for the future when the God of Destruction and his group decided to leave the world.

With the return of the youngest beastmen prince, everyone from the tribe was delighted. Even the divinities from the divine realm and the ones from the spirit world treated this young prince more like a higher kind of god than something else. They didn’t look unkindly of him just because he looks young. While waiting for the eldest beastmen prince to return, Hei Anjing completed the side of his contract and called upon the children who had completed their mission though in the end, the result no longer didn’t matter as someone who is only supposed to come out in the end, had made a move before the world plot had ended.

Lord Heri and Lord Vega were the ones who called for the children, especially Long Juedi and Haerin who lead the group. Though the children seemed surprised by the appearance of Prince Hei, they still greeted him properly.

"We greet the youngest prince of the beastmen race, Prince Hei!"

"You guys are here. Good work. Though the result wasn’t as intended, that wasn’t your fault. After all, you guys had in the end successfully broken through the control of your original fates." The God of Destruction, Hei Anjing said. "Congratulations! As I have promised I will fulfill each of your wishes one by one."

"Who wants to come first?" asked Hei Anjing while smiling so mischievously as the children had remembered.
